Mobile Dosing Station
To enable the operator to dose or dispense efficiently and accurately by hand, the required components are weighed-in manually from various containers. The operator is guided through the recipe step by step on the touch monitor. Barcode-supported product identification and “pick to light” systems ensure traceable security at all times. The mobile station contains all the components needed to identify products using a scanner, to weigh them accurately with user guidance and to store data for seamless traceability.
Energy-optimized design for a long service life.
The use of energy-optimized components ensures a continuous operating time of at least 18 hours without recharging. The operating time can be extended to 36 hours with an additional battery pack.
All components are made of stainless steel and comply with protection class IP65. The dosing station is equipped with an industrial PC and can be connected to the control center via WLAN.
A special version when using component containers is the so-called "Pick to light"
After order selection, the corresponding containers are released; these are indicated by signal lamps. When a component lid is opened, the dispensing window appears automatically on the screen to guide the operator through the manual dispensing process.
