With the EN ISO 9000 ff. series, standards have been created which document the basic principles for quality management measures. Regular audits determine the conformity of the management system - or individual elements thereof - with the standard requirements. It is particularly important here to verify

• that a system exists, which is suitable for ensuring compliance with the statutory, official and contractual specifications, and
• that a system exists, which is suitable for ensuring that customer requirements are met and potential improvements identified.
  
  

ESA has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 since July 2010.In September 2021 we successfully completed our recertification.
