ESA invested in the future when it transferred to a fibre-optic connection in 2014. An important step for our customers who ESA supports by remote maintenance. The guaranteed bandwidth of the lightning-quick fibre-optic network ensures that our company can connect reliably and rapidly. In May 2016, the download and upload speed was increased to 50 Mbit/s.
Support by means of remote maintenance is a key success factor, which ESA offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All servers, PLC controllers, visualisations and operating stations are accessible by remote maintenance, so we can support our customers quickly and purposefully.
