Commissioning
After completing the electrical installation, we commence with the I/O check. In conjunction with the plant visualisation, all sensors, units and safety devices are checked and set up step by step. The scales/balances are calibrated and balance logs produced. During the course of automatic commissioning, all system components are commissioned and tested. At the same time - if present - the previously configured ESAweight process control system is tested with the plant controller and data exchange with the ERP system is started. Following successful start of production, acceptance is carried out and the system is handed over to the customer. In the production support phase, employees are trained and ESA staff are available for system optimisation.
