AVO - Spicery Plant
More than 18 million Euro: thatīs what AWO-Werke August Beisse GmbH invested to ensure to be technologically ahead. As one of the european leading spicery plants with more than 600 employees, the company is ready for any further expansion paths. In summer 2011 the newly installed production enlargement within the new building was put into operation to produce dry blends of spices. The new complex is of course in accordance with the required highest standards as ISO.9000, HAAPC and IFS.
80 tons dayly thanks to a tailor-made concept:
The system guarantees an accuracy of 50 grams referring on a net weighing of 500 kilograms.
"Within the plant facility of Daxner and the automation solution of ESA we found one constitutive advantage: the pre-weighing of all components from the dayly silos. This makes sure that we have an effective timesaving, that influences our economic production process, ", comments Goran Milosevic, Head of the production plant of AVO, as one of the most important arguments for the contract acceptance.
