When receiving and loading data on ESAtrade, the goods are delivered and transferred to the process control system. Whether bulk or in bags, whether for sampling purposes or not: the ESAtrade module us customizable in order to suit your needs. The processes involved in the supply and delivery are more efficient and faster, and the control of incoming goods has been optimized.
Simple and flexible operation of the software module in ESAtrade Warehouse & Logistics
The order can either be imported by a superior ERP system, or created manually. The corresponding workstation activates the order instruction with a unique transaction number when the goods arrive. The truck driver receives a certificate of shipment containing all relevant data for loading and unloading. Access to all discharge and storage areas is provided with the unique transaction numbe. A unique charge code is provided for bulk goods during the acceptance in the respective silo cells. The truck driver has to present transaction number for verification after the goods have been weight at the receiving office.
If sampling is integrated, all labels are printed automatically as reference samples. The data can be stored in the process (trimming, humidity, etc.). The second weighing must be performed on the assigned scale after pouring/injecting.
Logical Control Weighing in Sacks
The number of loaded bags used including the weight of the empty pallets is used as basis. After comparing the first and second weighings, the operator will review the result displayed in the order completion.
